Pilot Flying J is seeking a highly-skilled Restaurant General Manager for our high-volume quick-service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate and will be accountable for the restaurant's financial and operational performance, ensuring top-tier hospitality and guest service.

Lead a diverse team, implement HR decisions, perform P&L analysis, and control inventory while building a positive work environment. Flexible scheduling and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent team leadership and customer service skills with integrity and accountability at the managerial level.
• 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability and a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.
