Job summary

Energy Efficiency & Consulting Services, LLC (EECS) is interviewing for REM roles at multiple locations, including United States Military Bases in Germany and Japan, and at the George E. Wahlen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The REM will assist War and VA departments in reducing energy consumption and evaluating energy projects. Scope includes project management, energy plan development, and using data sources to identify anomalies in facility usage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to pass a security clearance.
• Relocation to assignment locations with paid relocation expenses.
• U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and assist with statements of work development.
• Develop Energy Plan and Implementation Strategy.
• Identify energy savings opportunities using utility data and facility metrics.
• Build and maintain a network of Facility Managers and Building Energy Monitors.
• Conduct energy audits and provide renewable energy support.
• Support energy projects from initiation through implementation.
