Job summary

Avanti Residential in Steamboat Springs (with relocation to the area) is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's interiors and exteriors. You will handle move-in preparations, repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.
• Aware of the property's condition and address unsafe issues promptly.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours and report emergencies promptly.
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
• Perform grounds cleanup and light landscaping when possible.
