Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Relocation Specialist to meet customers in person across assigned territories, negotiate sales contracts, relay product updates, and close responsive deals. You will manage incoming referrals in the CRM, coordinate leases, travel as required, and build strong relationships with clients while delivering outstanding service.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and sales skills, plus the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel out

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
• At least five years of related experience.
• 2-5 years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel out of state.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage Division sales and incoming leads.
• Compile and submit prospects into CRM.
• Sourcing/researching business local to sales territory.
• Outside sales including cold calls, online searches, etc.
• Prepare and process quotes from initiation to follow up.
• Facilitate the booking of units.
• Generate leads from outside of property referrals and 3P.
• Screen applicants and companies.
• Organize the signing leases with the community and client.
• Coordinate and process renewals.
• Develop relationships with current and potential clients.
