Job summary

Epic seeks a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable infrastructure powering Epic training environments and hosted client systems. You’ll work in the Application Delivery group, blending hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support complex services.

The role is based on our Madison campus with relocation assistance. Candidates should have Windows Server deployment experience, IIS hosting, Citrix familiarity, and

Qualifications

Experience designing, deploying and operating Windows-based infrastructure.
Experience with hosting web applications (IIS) and remote app platforms (Citrix).
Ability to script or program for automation (PowerShell preferred).
Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy and operate Windows Server-based application delivery platforms for Epic's staff and customers.
Automate infrastructure tasks and harden security across systems.
Collaborate across teams to support training environments and hosted client systems.
