Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Allegany Ballistics Laboratory site in Rocket Center, WV. The role focuses on leading the manufacturing team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with engineering and maintenance staff.

Ideal candidates have either a senior level of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a technical/management degree with relevant background, and flexibility to work any shift. U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 10 years’ lead or supervisor experience in manufacturing, or a technical/management bachelor’s with 6+ years.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends as required.
• Eligible to obtain a DoD Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience using MS Word and MS Office; familiarity with manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
• Provide direction and motivate employees guided by established practices.
• Interpret and execute instructions; lead and train direct reports.
• Coordinate scheduling and monitor departmental performance against goals.
• Support engineering in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
