Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a U.S. manufacturer, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing injection molding and other production equipment in a fast-paced plant.

Relocation package provided; relocation to Arizona required. Candidates should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and familiarity with hydraulics/pneumatics and PLCs.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and controls.
Basic understanding of PLC programming and logic.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production and injection molding equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Troubleshoot servos, sensors, motor drives, temperature controllers, and control components.
Perform preventive maintenance and help minimize equipment downtime.
Use meters, gauges, and diagnostic tools to identify equipment problems.
Troubleshoot computer-based controllers and basic PLC logic.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and production issues.
Support equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.
