Job summary

Kids for the Future in Winters, TX is seeking a CDL Class B driver to supervise local moving operations, load and unload trucks, and ensure accurate paperwork.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, secure cargo, maintain logs per DOT rules, and coordinate with dispatch to complete daily routes while delivering friendly service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, a clean driving record, and 2+ years driving experience; DOT medical certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL (and DOT medical card).
• 2+ years of Class B driving experience in moving/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections and report issues.
• Load and unload household goods safely with proper equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs of hours and service per DOT rules.
• Secure cargo with straps and protect items from damage.
• Coordinate with dispatch to confirm daily assignments.
• Drive 16ft–26ft moving trucks and adhere to safety regulations.
• Obtain customer signatures and manage COD payments when applicable.
