Coldwell Banker Realty

The Relocation Director will oversee serving as the primary contact for real estate agents opting to receive referrals from Coldwell Banker Realty.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for selecting, coaching, and ensuring accountability to drive top-tier conversion and service success.
  2. Increase awareness of service offerings to new and existing customers to generate quality referrals.
  3. Communicate, promote, and implement initiatives internally and externally for CB Realty.
  4. Support agent development through proprietary technology platforms.
  5. Collaborate with leadership to establish strategies for achieving agent goals and performance metrics.
  6. Onboard and manage agent performance proactively.
  7. Represent CB Realty at corporate and external events, including relocation management and group move presentations.
  8. Participate in local branch and regional meetings, both in person and virtually.
  9. Analyze performance data to track progress against goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of management experience.
  2. Real Estate License preferred.
  3. Excellent public speaking skills, both in-person and virtual.
  4. Proven lead conversion success.
  5. Strong virtual communication skills, including video conferencing and content creation.
  6. Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  7. Strong interpersonal, motivational, and leadership abilities.
  8. Experience in developing and coaching agents remotely.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  10. Business development and sales skills.
  11. Ability to present concepts, analyze data, and manage projects effectively.
  12. Commitment to business ethics.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Locations: One opening on the West Coast and one on the East Coast (New England).
