Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Manufacturing Engineers.
• Oversee design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, process optimization, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Production, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain.
• Establish and monitor departmental goals aligned with plant and company strategy.
