Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a System Patient (Dining) Experience Manager at a 300-bed acute care hospital in Marshfield, WI. You will coordinate patient experience initiatives with nutrition leadership to drive satisfaction scores.

You will oversee surveys, reporting, and action plans while partnering with hospital teams to sustain high-level service and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience; 4 year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in-servicing experience in customer service training.
• 3-4 years experience in service-oriented operations.
• Good coaching and on the job training skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Tracks patient satisfaction performance and related incentives/penalties.
• Maintains client satisfaction to support account retention.
• Administers client surveys and responds promptly and effectively.
• Monitors compliance with patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Develops and monitors department action plans to meet accounts’ needs.
• Participates in hospital committees related to patient experience.
• Ensures compliance with CMS and JCAHO regulations.
• Promotes patient satisfaction progress and marketing success.
• Collaborates with on-site management to reach operational goals.
• Participates in PE department learning sessions and trainings.
