Job summary

Epic invites motivated bakers to join our campus bakery just outside Madison, WI. The role focuses on composing and scratch-baking cookies, cakes, pies, and more in a high-volume, state-of-the-art facility, with opportunities for leadership growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Verona, WI campus or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Compose and scratch-bake a variety of desserts, including cookies, cakes, and pies, in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Support breakfast bakery operations with quality control and recipe execution.
• Learn from and grow alongside experienced bakery staff and leadership.
