Epic is seeking a Breakfast Baker to join our campus-based bakery near Madison, WI. The role requires relocation to the area and offers full relocation support, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow with a world-class culinary team.

Shifts run 5am–8am, Monday to Friday, with full benefits, annual bonus and raises. You’ll craft cookies, cakes, pies and other desserts in a state-of-the-art facility, with mentorship and room to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bake cookies, cakes, pies and other desserts in a high-volume bakery.
• Follow Epic recipes and maintain product quality across shifts.
• Collaborate with culinary team and leadership to ensure timely service.
