Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations for a group of 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices. You will drive growth, manage full profit and loss, and partner with staff to ensure best-in-class patient care.

Travel is required to nearby offices 3–4 days per week; during training you’ll be onsite at an Aspen Dental location five days per week. Relocation to be considered after six months of local training with assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate after six months of local training.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• Experience with profit and loss analysis and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• Travel to nearby offices 3–4 days per week to support operations.
• Onsite training at locations during the initial training period (5 days a week).
• Provide training and development support for staff on business model, procedures, and protocols.
• Work with talent acquisition and office managers to plan staffing and onboarding.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.

Salary: $85,000 + / year + incentive opportunity

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Regional Manager , you will oversee practice operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices.You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations*(3-4 days per week).
• During training, you will be onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week
• Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols
• In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the office manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members
• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary

Qualifications:

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided)
• Management experience over-seeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

*As this position requires daily travel to assigned offices, you must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle).
