Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices. You will spearhead growth, drive process improvements, and hold full profit and loss responsibility across the region.

Daily travel to nearby offices is required (3-4 days per week). During training, you will be onsite at an Aspen Dental location for 5 days per week. You will lead training and onboarding for staff and partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Relocation after 6 months of local training is required.
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6-10 Aspen Dental practices in the region.
• Lead growth and process improvement initiatives with full P&L ownership.
• Travel to nearby offices 3-4 days per week; onboarding involves 5 days on site.
• Provide training and development to staff on the business model, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to plan staffing and onboarding needs.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.

How You'll Make a Difference

• As a Regional Manager, you will oversee practice operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.
• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations* (3-4 days per week).
• During training, you will be onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week.
• Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols.
• In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the office manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members.
• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided)
• Management experience over-seeing multiple locations in the retail or health care industry
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and employees of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development for yourself and your team
• Bachelor's degree preferred
