Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 6–10 branded practices, driving growth and efficiency while owning full P&L responsibility. You will mentor staff and partner with the office team to ensure strong performance and patient care.

Travel to nearby offices occurs 3–4 days per week, with an initial training period onsite at a location. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration across clinics.

Qualifications

• Availability to relocate after 6 months of local training is required (relocation assistance provided).
• Management experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and employees.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental practices within the region.

How You'll Make a Difference

• As a Regional Manager, you will oversee practice operations for a group of 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices.
• You will play a critical role spearheading growth and process improvement initiatives, own full profit and loss responsibility, and develop close working partnerships with the entire practice staff.
• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations* (3-4 days per week).
• During training, you will be onsite at an Aspen Dental location 5 days per week.
• Provide training and development support to ensure all practice staff demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols.
• In partnership with the talent acquisition team and the office manager, evaluate and communicate staffing needs to enable effective hiring and onboarding experiences for new team members.
• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary.

Qualifications:
