Job summary

PABCO Gypsum is hiring for a warehouse associate responsible for organizing stock, loading trucks, and handling daily inventory counts in a safe, efficient manner. You will assist with maintenance and support customers at the sales counter, entering SAP orders and coordinating outbound loads with Customer Service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. A manufacturing background is a plus and familiarity with forklift operations is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize warehouse stock to maintain safety, prevent damage, and ensure product accessibility.
• Assist with and delegates warehouse and equipment maintenance.
• Help customers at the sales counter, pull material for orders, and load customer vehicles.
• Perform daily inventory counts.
• Receive and enter incoming resale inventory.
• Process product returns and direct customer complaints appropriately.
• Open and close the warehouse.
• Load trucks and move finished goods using a forklift.
• Complete daily forklift inspection checklist.
• Takes customer phone orders and enters them into SAP.
• Coordinate outbound loads with Customer Service.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety rules and reports hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What's the Job?
