Job summary

Open Sky Community Services Inc. is hiring a Relief Counselor in Massachusetts to provide flexible, direct support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

You will help clients live independently, develop daily living skills, and participate in meaningful activities within a trauma-informed, inclusive workplace. Your responsibilities include creating person-centered plans, helping access community resources or transportation, and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
