Job summary

Open Sky Community Services Inc. is seeking a Relief Counselor to support individuals with mental health challenges, helping them live independently and pursue meaningful goals in a safe, supportive setting.

You will develop person-centered plans, assist with transportation and accessing community resources, and complete required documentation, all while maintaining reliability and openness to learning. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensure daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $17.50
