Open Sky Community Services seeks a Relief Counselor to support individuals facing mental health challenges, helping them live independently and reach their goals in Central Massachusetts. You will provide direct care, ensure daily living needs are met, and foster a safe, encouraging environment.

The role emphasizes person-centered planning, community integration, and collaboration with a compassionate team in a trauma-informed, inclusive organization.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, eager to learn and open to new opportunities.

Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensure daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $17.50
