Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Relief Counselor to support individuals facing mental health challenges and help them live independently in Central Massachusetts. The role offers flexibility to balance personal, work, and/or school commitments while contributing to our mission of inclusion and empowerment.

You will help develop individual plans, assist with community access and transportation, and support skill-building activities, while ensuring accurate documentation and safety.

• Must be open to opportunities and flexible across shifts.

Relief Counselors play a significant role in our mission to enhance the well-being of those we serve by providing direct support care, ensure daily living needs are met while maintaining a safe yet inspiring atmosphere.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized, person-centered support plans.
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and/or provide transportation as needed.
• Implement activities that promote skill development, community engagement, personal growth, and meaningful relationships.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $17.50
