Job summary

Mencap in Bingham is seeking a Relief Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and provide emotional support. You will work with a diverse group of people, helping with daily activities and building meaningful relationships.

We offer 24-hour care with rotas prepared at least four weeks in advance, plus ongoing training and development opportunities. A DBS is required for successful candidates, with a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Job description

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Bingham .

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities . You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

What we're looking for :

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life.

* An enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate

£12.85 per hour + excellent training and benefits
