Hastings, Eastbourne, South Coast area - Please note the successful candidate must be able to travel between multiple sites in the above areas.
Varied, as this will be a relief position.
Site-dependent, between £12.21 - £14.00 per hour.
We believe that the best approach to deterring criminal activity is understanding vulnerabilities and risks at each location, and tailoring our approach to effectively reduce risk. As a Retail Security Officer, you will be required to provide visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete incident reports, and collaborate with local authorities.
Your responsibilities include:
Effective Security Officers should be confident communicators, capable of providing detailed verbal and written accounts of incidents. They should be welcoming, patient, and able to handle conflicts professionally.
You must possess a valid SIA licence to apply. Previous retail security experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
You must be able to provide a full 5-year checkable employment or education history. If selected for an interview, please bring your right to work documents and recent proof of address.
Essential: Current SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence.
