RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive operations, coach staff, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency on your shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and motivate with a cheerful attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
