Relief Sales Manager for Greater Lakeland, FL

Job Overview:

The Relief Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This role involves retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers, supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and others within the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule

  • Full-time
  • 6:30 am until work is finished
  • 5 scheduled shifts per week
  • Weekends may be required
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Position Responsibilities

  • Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and achieve volume objectives by providing a seamless customer experience in the absence of an Account Manager.
  • Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, point-of-sale materials, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.
  • Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
  • Participate in installing revamped beverage sections, displays, and placement of point-of-sale materials according to merchandising standards.
  • Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands, including racks and secondary displays.
  • Assist in the sale, placement, and vendor changes in chain store accounts; check for proper operation, cleanliness, selection, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for all accounts, including reports on promotional activity, competitive sales, and space allocations.
  • Keep adequate back stock in each account to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.

Total Rewards:

  • Starting pay at $21.22 per hour, increasing to $22.38 after six months.
  • Benefits (subject to eligibility): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off, 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, Mileage Reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Access to a dependable vehicle.
