Regional Sales Manager Escrow - Burnet Title - US Based Remote

We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. The role requires a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and a successful track record who can inspire others. The candidate should possess strategic thinking, coaching, advising, and motivating skills to create and maintain a high-performance sales team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in addition to sales experience.
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
  • Develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the sales team employs effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Generate leads and build and maintain client relationships.
  • Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train, coach, and monitor performance to ensure responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Oversee the sales team to meet company sales goals by holding regular check-ins, setting clear expectations, coaching, and monitoring progress.
  • Create, establish, and maintain sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales goals.
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience and sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership ability.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time throughout the Minneapolis metro area and Milwaukee.
  • Quickly grasp thorough knowledge of the title and closing business, including laws, regulations, and guidelines specific to Minnesota and Wisconsin.
  • Proven selling, business development, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer and technology aptitude, with minimum intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft suite and ability to learn internal programs.
  • Ability to work with and engage team members and clients both in person and virtually.
  • Title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales experience is preferred.
