Job Overview:

Relief Sales Manager for Greater North Houston, TX

Hiring Immediately

The Relief Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This role involves retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers, supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and others within the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule
  • Full-time
  • 6:30am until work is finished
  • 5 scheduled shifts per week
  • Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
Position Responsibilities
  • Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share, and distribution, providing a seamless experience to customers, especially in the absence of an Account Manager.
  • Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to promote products, promotions, displays, POS materials, and service requirements.
  • Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales.
  • Participate in installing revamped beverage sections, displays, and POS placements following merchandising standards.
  • Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
  • Assist in the sale, placement, and vendor changes in chain store accounts; ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports on promotional activities and space allocations.
  • Ensure adequate back stock in each account for in-store stocking and merchandising.
Total Rewards
  • Starting pay at $24.04/hour, increasing to $25.36/hour after 6 months.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience with sales targets or up-selling responsibility.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
