Job Overview:

Relief Sales Manager for Greater Harvey

Hiring Immediately

The Relief Sales Manager is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution and merchandising. This person will be accountable for retention and penetration of large format customers by geography and handling on-premise customers. Supporting Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and others in retail stores within the assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule
  • Full-time
  • 7:00 am until work is finished
  • Monday-Friday
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Position Responsibilities
  • Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share, distribution, and achieve volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
  • Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials, beverage section revamps, and service requirements.
  • Develop and implement beverage shelf re-allocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
  • Participate in installing revamped beverage sections, displays, and POS placement according to merchandising standards.
  • Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands, including racks and secondary displays.
  • Assist in the sale, placement, and vendor changes in chain store accounts; ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and product availability.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including promotional activity, competitive sales, and space allocations.
  • Maintain adequate back stock in each account for in-store stocking and merchandising.
Total Rewards
  • Pay starting at $25.13/hour, increasing to $26.45/hour after 6 months.
