Base pay range

$150.00/hr - $250.00/hr

We’re looking to build out our roster of high-caliber commercial counsel for full time and part time roles.

In particular, we’re seeking individuals with the following experience:

• 5+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including but not limited to SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.
• Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or working with a tech industry client.
