An established industry player in behavioral health services is seeking a dedicated Children's Crisis Respite QMHP. Job Summary: The Children's Crisis Respite QMHP is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. This position operates in a dynamic environment, performing case management, assessment, and/or service coordination work based on the program's guidelines. The QMHP's duties may include, but are not limited to:
As a team member within the children's crisis respite unit, the QMHP works to address client's needs utilizing assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, and efficient clinically appropriate utilization of agency resources. Duties include collaboration with consumers, first responders, and community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crises and plan for future crisis relapse prevention.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
Education:
Required: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree, with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
License:
Required: Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Hours: Relief.
Workhours: As needed.
Workdays: As needed.
Salary: $23.25 - $24.41 an hour based on education plus an additional 10% crisis stipend. Position may be eligible for shift differential pay.
