Job summary

Good Shepherd Hamilton & Toronto is seeking a Program Worker to sort and display donated clothing and goods for our Venture Centre Market. You will supervise volunteers and special needs groups, ensuring donations are received with care and professionalism, while embodying the mission and values of Good Shepherd.

Qualifications

• Commitment to mission and values; service mindset.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and anti-oppression framework.
• Must have CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• MHFA and NVCI certifications are required.
• Second language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sort, size, and rack donated items for market display.
• Supervise volunteers and program participants.
• Receive and handle donations graciously and professionally.
• Demonstrate mission, vision, and values in daily work.
