Job summary

Hope Gospel Mission in Eau Claire is seeking a part-time Team Member for our Production Team at the Hope Bargain Center. The role focuses on greeting donors and organizing second-hand goods, with emphasis on customer service and working within a faith-based environment.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and the ability to take direction, coach or train others, and collaborate with volunteers. This position supports our mission by modeling professionalism and care in daily donor

Qualifications

• Greeting donors and processing incoming thrift donations.
• Assist in sorting for final merchandising.
• Represent a Christian organization with professional conduct.

• Lead and supervise Vocational Training participants and volunteers

We are searching for an additional Team Member to join our Production Team at Hope Bargain Center in Eau Claire! This role will be focused on greeting donors and organizing second-hand goods. The ideal candidate has an excellent work ethic and good customer service; if this is you, let us know by filling out an application!

Position Objective: greet donors and process incoming thrift donations. Prepare for final sorting and merchandising.

Experience, Education, Requirements:

• Good Work Ethic
• Interest or Experience in working with reusable goods
• Coaching, teaching or teamwork experience desired
• Communicate professionally and clearly
• Ability to take directions from Supervisor
