Position Summary

Located in Clinton, a small town with a rich history since 1969, we are proud of our community involvement and environmental efforts. As a Relief Team Leader, you’ll be trained across departments to understand our manufacturing processes, providing coverage for team leader vacancies. This role is a stepping stone to a supervisory position overseeing a department.

Responsibilities include:

1. Function in a supervisory role across multiple departments and shifts.
2. Complete team leader training.
3. Manage safety objectives and ensure policies are followed.
4. Support TPM (continuous improvement) initiatives.
