Qualifications

• Possess a current Pharmacist license in the state where employment is sought.
• Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or have passed a foreign equivalency exam.
• Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam.
• Ability to work at various locations.
• Ability to travel independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates and customers.
• Answer questions about products and provide service to customers in-store.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Review and interpret RX orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Fill, label and dispense prescription orders in accordance with laws.
• Counsel customers on medications and safety considerations.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Coordinate with prescribers and their offices as needed.
• Operate the RX computer system to process orders and reports.
• Report safety incidents or discrepancies per policy.
• Support department leadership in daily operations and staffing.
