Trinity Health, based in Livonia, Michigan, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive services for evaluations, diagnoses, and therapy. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC or CF eligibility.
• Michigan licensure or temp license to hire date.
• BLS or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ASHA scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluates and diagnoses functional abilities across speech, language, voice, cognition, feeding and swallowing.
• Sets patient-centered goals with patient, family, and care team.
• Develops written treatment plans and administers therapy.
• Documents evaluation and treatment in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Educates patient and family about results, plan of care, and home exercises.
• Delivers culturally responsive care and uses interpretation services as needed.
