Saputo Inc. is seeking a Packaging Relief Operator to provide relief coverage for multiple packaging lines at the White Bear Lake, MN site.

The role involves setting up and operating gable-top carton fillers, bag-in-a-box fillers, and related equipment while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and MSS standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in food manufacturing or UHT processing, with strong math, communication, and teamwork skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or UHT processing strongly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine processing and equipment issues using basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to perform basic math and data recording for production and quality information.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, start up, and operate fillers and related equipment to meet production schedules.
• Perform sanitation and CIP (Clean-In-Place) of fillers, tanks, lines, and related equipment.
• Pull product and creamer samples for laboratory testing and conduct weight checks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas; follow 5S practices.
• Submit maintenance requests and report downtime or variances to supervision.
