Job summary

Temple Health seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to coordinate inpatient nursing services, ensuring staffing and efficient patient movement across the hospital. You will partner with department leaders to optimize bed assignments and support timely patient flow.

The role supports staff development, HR management, and quality care initiatives, performing clinical and non-clinical duties as needed within a fast-paced health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
