Job summary

Temple-Health is seeking a Relief Nursing Supervisor for inpatient care on a part-time 4-hour evening shift (3pm-11:30pm, every other Saturday) at FCCC, Philadelphia. The role coordinates nursing services, ensures staffing efficiency, and supports patient movement across departments.

Required: Bachelor’s in Nursing, active PA RN license, ACLS/BLS, and 5 years of acute care RN experience; multistate license preferred. Responsibilities include staff development and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• RN with 5 years of acute care experience required.
• Experience in clinical management preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; graduate of accredited nursing program required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services across the organization to ensure staffing adequacy and efficient patient care.
• Manage nursing staff resources, facilitate hospital bed assignments, and collaborate with managers to support patient movement.
• Assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers with staff development, HR management, and quality initiatives.
• Perform clinical and administrative duties as needed.
