Temple-Health in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Relief Nursing Supervisor-Inpatient for the FCCC location. This is a part-time, night-flex position (3pm–11:30pm) with a 4-hour weekly expectation.

Requires a BSN, RN license in PA, ACLS and BLS, and 5 years of acute care RN experience with clinical management preferred. The role coordinates nursing services, staffing, patient movement, and staff development, collaborating with Nurse Managers and Directors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• PA RN license required; Multistate Compact RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates nursing services across the organization, ensuring appropriate staffing and efficient patient care.
• Manages nursing staff resources, facilitates hospital bed assignments, and collaborates with department managers to support timely patient movement.
• Assists Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers with staff development, HR management, and quality care initiatives.
• Performs clinical and non-clinical administrative duties as needed.
