Qualifications

• Must be an RN or LPN licensed in Ohio.
• Current CPR and BLS certified.

• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Delegate tasks and ensure appropriate staffing, including agency staff.
• Address problems and concerns with the DON/ADON.
• Lead unit meetings and coordinate in-services.
• Support data collection for team meetings and IHP reviews.
• Review care plans and nursing documentation for quality.
