Job summary

Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts is seeking a Relief Night Auditor for Avista Resort in North Myrtle Beach. The role covers front desk duties overnight, answering phones, processing reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest payments. The ideal candidate welcomes guests warmly and communicates overnight events to the morning staff.

The position is part-time with an 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. shift, and hourly pay varies with experience. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work overnight shifts independently.
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs.
• Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests.
• Inform guests of amenities and services available to them.
• Inform customers of availability and rates.
• Handle guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods.
• Work with corresponding departments to resolve property or guest issues.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of tasks or updates.

Job description - The night auditor will completenormal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/cancelingreservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guestconcerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for ourguests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morningstaff is essential for a smooth transition.

• Shift needed: 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Part Time
• Hourly Rate - Depending on experience.
