Job summary

Avista Resort in Myrtle Beach seeks a Relief Night Auditor for a front desk role with an 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. schedule. You will welcome guests, check them in/out, process payments, and relay overnight events to the morning staff.

This part-time, hourly position requires flexibility, independence, and basic computer skills. Experience is preferred but not required; weekly pay and standard resort benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs
• Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests
• Inform guests of amenities and services available to them
• Inform customers of availability and rates
• Handle guest issues or complaints with appropriate service recovery
• Coordinate with departments to resolve property or guest issues
• Follow safety and security policies; report maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Inform morning staff of tasks and updates

Job description - The night auditor will completenormal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/cancelingreservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guestconcerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for ourguests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morningstaff is essential for a smooth transition.

• Shift needed: 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Part Time
• Hourly Rate - Depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities -

• Welcomeand acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate andaddress service needs

• Handlesany guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods
• Workwith the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues
• Follow all company safety andsecurity policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safetyhazards
• Communicate with the morning staffto inform them of any task to be completed or updates

Requirements -
