Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser for Large Store accounts. You will build displays, replenish inventories, rotate stock, and maintain product integrity on customer shelves and equipment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. You will partner with Sales and Delivery to ensure shelves are stocked properly and customer service remains high.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Willing to work a flexible or rotating schedule and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves and cold equipment.
• Rotate and maintain product integrity; ensure neat backstock and clean coolers.
• Collect breakage/out-of-date product and report to leadership as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and provide service.
• Coordinate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Protect company assets and operate with PPE when required.
