Responsibilities

• Provide operational and maintenance support for electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, light bulb replacements, plumbing, and equipment repair.
• Maintain fire, life, health, and safety systems proficiency.
• Deliver 5-star service to residents, guests, and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with vocational/technical training.
• At least 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Skills in painting, carpentry, and finishing work.
• Experience with fire, life, health, and safety systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Certifications including: Certificate of Fitness for air compressors, low-pressure oil burners, sprinkler systems, bulk oil storage, and EPA 608 Universal Certification.

Previous experience in luxury hotel or residential environments, familiarity with Building Management Systems, and basic computer skills are advantageous.

Additional Information

This is a relief position requiring overnight or weekend availability. Pay starts at $31.57/hour, with benefits including medical coverage and paid time off.
