We are currently seeking a Handyman for various buildings in the Metro NY area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Update drywall and paint as needed
• Assist with tile or flooring installation
• Help with trim carpentry or exterior siding
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Notify management and tenants of scheduled maintenance or remodeling

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Mechanical aptitude
• Contractor or journeyman license is a plus
