Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a relief Food Services worker at the Burnet Campus. The role is full-time with 40 hours per week, 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 5:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and no guaranteed schedule.

You will help staff the Food Services team, prepare and deliver meals, and maintain safety standards for patients, families, visitors, and staff. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and involves weekend/holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing coverage across Food Services as needed.
• Prepare, serve, stock, and replenish food and beverage items.
• Assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders when assigned.

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.
• Support cash handling, inventory, stocking, and other operational duties as assigned.
• Adapt to changing work locations, assignments, and departmental needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule : 8.5-hour shifts will be scheduled between 5a-4:30p, 40 hours/week
