Job summary

Kemps is seeking dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer, safely unload and deliver dairy products on assigned routes. Build relationships with customers with a positive attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Wages range $33.47–$34.59 per hour with routes Monday–Saturday; relief driving initially, with benefits including 401(k), paid vacation, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• One year related experience.
• Valid Class-A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission with CDL.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Build relationships with customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on schedule.
• Be home nightly on regular routes and follow route coverage.

Kemps has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently. This driver will manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

OUR TRUCK DRIVERS FOR THIS POSITION MAKE:

SCHEDULE: Everyone starts as a relief driver, so work days and times depend on route coverage. A work day is typically 10-12 hours. Delivery routes run regularly Monday-Saturday

Requirements

• One year related experience
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission with your Class-A CDL (not restricted)
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required
