Job summary

Kemps is hiring CDL-A delivery truck drivers to safely operate tractor-trailers and deliver dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes. Drivers will unload manually, build relationships with customers, and work with a flexible schedule that may include overtime and long days.

Most routes are home nightly with opportunities for career growth. Starting pay is competitive, with benefits like a 401(k), paid vacation and holidays, and internal promotion from within.

Qualifications

• One year related experience.
• Valid Class-A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission with CDL (not restricted).
• 21+ years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Kemps has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently. This driver will manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

OUR TRUCK DRIVERS FOR THIS POSITION MAKE:

SCHEDULE: Everyone starts as a relief driver, so work days and times depend on route coverage. A work day is typically 10-12 hours. Delivery routes run regularly Monday-Saturday

Requirements

• One year related experience
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission with your Class-A CDL (not restricted)
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required
