Job summary

ServiceNet, Inc. is seeking Per-Diem Direct Care Staff in Massachusetts to support individuals with brain injuries and mental health recovery services. This flexible position lets you work across divisions and locations using an online scheduling platform.

The role offers a base pay between $17.50 and $20 per hour, with eligibility for MAP certification and opportunities for advancement. This is an ideal entry point for students pursuing social work, psychology, healthcare, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and personal care.
• Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, grocery shopping, and maintain a pleasant home.
• Provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Complete daily shift notes and data tracking.
• Assist with development and implementation of individual support goals.
• Remain current on agency certifications / trainings.
• Support program operations as assigned by supervisor.
