Job summary

ServiceNet, Inc is seeking Per-Diem Direct Care Staff across multiple Berkshire, Franklin, Hamden, Hampshire County locations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to gain experience in direct care for individuals with Brain Injuries and Mental Health Recovery services.

Great for students pursuing degrees in social work, psychology, healthcare, or related fields. Pay rate ranges from $17.50 to $20 per hour, based on experience and MAP certification.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL and personal care.
• Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, groceries, and maintain a pleasant home.
• Transport to/from appointments and community events.
• Complete daily shift notes and data tracking.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals.
• Administer medications once certified.
• Remain current on agency certifications and trainings.
• Other programmatic tasks may be assigned by the Program Director/Site Manager
